Thai Style Cabbage
Thai Style Cabbage:
Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage (we prefer organic or farm fresh)
2-3 Tbs. refined coconut oil
1-2 Tbs. Thai style curry paste
2 Tbs. Sesame oil
1 Rotisserie chicken- pulled/shredded (optional)
1 bundle of green onion
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Clean and chop a head of cabbage. Chop into strips almost noodle like.

In a large skillet or Chinese style Wok place the refined coconut oil and allow to melt down. Once melted, add the Thai style curry paste (2 Tbs. has a bold kick, adjust to taste) and blend with the oil. Once well blended add your cabbage and toss to coat.

Allow cabbage to cook covered until cabbage is golden color but still slightly chewy tossing every couple of minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste. We like alot of salt.

Reduce heat to low and add pulled rotisserie chicken if you wish.
Add 1-2 Tbs. of sesame oil and toss to coat. Chop green onion and sprinkle as desired over the dish.
Serve warm.
