If you are new to the Keto lifestyle I know what you are thinking.....who lives without bread? I used to think the same thing. Trust me when I say it is completely possible to live without carbs and dare I say not even miss them. Yup, that's right your body will be re-trained to not crave those carbohydrate rich foods that you once loved and could not live without.
